Everything you put in ends up lying down and stacked, and getting anything out means digging. The Alison has seven centimetres of depth and a flat base, so things stand up and stay where you put them.<\/p>\n
Grained cowhide, with a visible pore and a matte surface. It is a structural leather: it holds the rectangle even when the bag is empty, without sagging or bulging. And since it is worn crossbody, it rubs against a coat all day \u2014 grain takes that well, because it absorbs marks instead of displaying them.<\/p>\n

27 cm wide, 21 cm high and 7 cm deep, 500 grams. It takes a wallet upright, a phone, glasses in their case and a small notebook, without anything having to lie on its side. It is worn crossbody or over the shoulder depending on how the strap is set, and the flat base lets it stand where you put it down.<\/p>\n
