How it works

The tracking system is the official OCA E-Pak. Each stage of your shipment is registered in real time.
You receive the tracking number by email
When your order leaves our workshop, OCA generates the tracking code and automatically sends it to the email you registered at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours from dispatch.
Enter the code in the form
Paste the tracking number in the field above, click Track Shipment, and see the updated status: in transit, at branch, or delivered.
Your order arrives at its destination
OCA delivers to the address or branch you chose at the time of purchase. If no one is at the address, OCA leaves a notice and reattempts the next day.

Can't find
your tracking number?
Check your spam folder — the tracking email is sent by OCA from their servers. If more than 48 hours have passed since dispatch and it hasn't arrived, write to us directly:
