The Lisandro shows no hardware on the front. The leather flap covers the compartment and closes with no turn lock and no visible zip — the front is pure leather. The embossed Casa Lopez logo is the only thing that breaks the surface.
The leather
Cowhide worked in Buenos Aires. The body has real depth and holds its shape. The flap works its own tensions with every use; over time the leather learns the movement and makes it without effort.
The build
Horizontal rectangular body with genuine volume. Full-width leather flap — a clean closure, with no hardware in sight at the front. Two curved leather panels reinforce and define the lower corners. Single tubular handle at the top. Two D-rings at the upper corners for the adjustable strap with its detachable snap hook. Horizontal zipped pocket on the back. Casa Lopez logo embossed at the centre of the front.
In use
40 cm wide, 28 cm high and 8 cm deep, 350 grams. It takes a laptop, an A4 folder and the day's essentials. The flap opens in one movement. The back pocket gives quick access without opening the piece. The handle goes in the hand; the strap over the shoulder for longer walks.
