The leather
Cowhide worked in Buenos Aires. The flap is a single piece and falls closed under its own weight — it needs no clasp to stay down. With use the leather takes the curve of the body and the bag stops looking new, which in a piece like this is exactly the point.
The build
Nearly square body, slim profile. Full-width flap covering the entire front and reaching close to the base. Wide leather strap, adjustable with a metal buckle. Rounded lower corners. No pockets or appliqués on the front.
In use
27 cm wide, 28 cm high and 6 cm deep, 900 grams. It takes an A5 notebook, a tablet, your wallet and your phone. What does not fit is an A4 folder or a laptop: at 28 cm high and 27 wide, an A4 sheet stays out by a small margin in any position. This is a bag for travelling light, not for carrying the office.
