The Laos is a cowhide bag, 24 cm high, 26 wide and 10 deep, with a curved zip that opens it from side to side. Two zip pockets at the front, one inside, and two straps: a short one for the hand or shoulder and a 110 cm one.

The Laos has a curved opening: the zip follows the top line from side to side, so it opens wide and you can see everything inside. Lower down it widens into a bucket shape, ten centimetres deep.
The leather
Cowhide with a natural grain, soft to the touch, that settles against you when worn on the shoulder. A central seam runs down the front. The Casa Lopez logo is embossed on the front pocket, and the hardware is gold-toned.
How it's made
A curved main zip, finished with leather piping. At the front, a 12 × 12 cm zip pocket and, on its face, a smaller 9 × 8 cm one with a vertical zip, for the things you reach for often. Inside, a 10 × 14 cm zip pocket. The straps clip on with snap hooks: a short one, for the hand or shoulder, and a 110 cm one to wear it lower.
Living with it
24 cm high, 26 wide and 10 deep; it weighs 700 grams. It takes a wallet, a phone, glasses in their case, keys and a small wash bag. With the short strap it sits under the arm; with the long one, at hip height.
It opens from side to side and is worn two ways.
