The leather
Cowhide with a pronounced, even grain: the kind of leather you don't find on mass-market desk accessories. Matte, textured, with a feel that improves as you use it. Unlike smooth leather, grained leather hides the marks of daily life and develops character over time.
How it's made
It opens like a book. The left panel has two card slots, a diagonally cut pocket for documents or loose papers, and a lower slot for A4 sheets. The right panel holds the notepad with a metal clip at the top — wide, firm, with no cover sitting over what you're writing. Casa Lopez logo embossed on the front cover.
