The Texas is the only glove in the line lined with nutria fur. That explains everything else: why it keeps you warm differently, why it goes on differently, and why it costs what it costs. A fur lining is not added to a finished glove — the glove is built around it.
The leather and the lining
Sheep leather outside, nutria fur inside. Nutria is among the densest furs by the square centimetre and among the lightest for the warmth it gives: the glove never feels heavy in the hand and still stands up to real weather. With use the fur settles to the shape of your hand and the inside stops feeling new.
How it's made
Made by hand in the workshop, which on a lined glove is where the craft shows: the lining has to follow every finger inside without creasing or pulling, and that is solved piece by piece. Outside, the classic cut of three points stitched over the knuckles and a straight, long cuff with no gathering and no snap — you pull it on and it stays.
Choosing your size
A glove size is the circumference of your palm in inches. Make a fist and wrap a tape measure around your hand at the knuckles, without the thumb. Then find your measurement in the table.

With the fur lining the glove goes on tighter at first: do not size down because of it. Sheep leather gives with wear and the fur compresses; within two weeks the glove is your hand's.
